Aerial Yoga

This unique style of yoga integrates the aerial hammock with a traditional yoga class.

The aerial silks are used as a prop to support standing and balancing poses, develop core strength, get comfortable with inverts and to relax into back bends with more ease.

My sessions consist of a light warm up, asana practice, restorative stretches and a blissful savasana floating in the hammock.

Both beginners and more advanced students are welcome to my classes, I offer beginner intro classes and advanced classes regularly.
