What to Expect
Day 1: Understanding Trauma
Explore what trauma really is, how it shows up in the body and mind, and common signs of unresolved trauma.
Day 2: Meet Your Nervous System
Learn about the states of the nervous system, why trauma is a physiological experience, and how trauma-informed yoga - especially Yin - can gently support regulation.
Day 3: Regulate with Yin Yoga
A guided trauma-informed Yin Yoga practice rooted in meridian theory and emotional processing and nervous system awareness. You’ll experience how meridians, emotions, and the nervous system interweave and how Yin Yoga can hold space for true healing.

As a trauma-informed Yin Yoga teacher and educator, I’ve seen how often trauma is misunderstood or bypassed in wellness spaces.
This series is my way of bringing more awareness, nuance, and compassion into the conversation, while offering practical tools that work gently with the body.
